Portable AC Unit - $300 (Chattanooga)

LG 7,000 BTU portable AC unit with remote.
Cools down to 60 degrees and has a dehumidify function.
Great for spaces up to 350 sq ft.
We used it in our small un-insulated garage/laundry room last summer.
We are planning on finishing the space and adding central heating and air which is why we are not keeping this unit.
Worked great for our space.
