As a *Maintenance Technician*, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical structure of the facility by performing maintenance and repairs.
The ideal candidate will have experience with building and maintaining residential and commercial structures.
*Responsibilities:*
* Performs maintenance and physical maintenance activities to include light construction, painting, drywall repair, and minor electrical and plumbing.
* Performs maintenance and physical activities to include light construction, painting, drywall repair, and minor electrical and plumbing.
* Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems including heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinklers, etc.
* Assists with administrative functions including patient care and safety.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
* Previous experience in property maintenance or construction.
* Experience with basic carpentry, drywall repair, and minor electrical and plumbing.
* Ability to work independently without supervision.
* Ability to handle physical workload (70-100 lbs.
)to include lifting, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs .
and full-body stooping, squatting, standing or walking for long periods of time.
* Ability to work in all weather conditions including rainstorms.
