_*Summary:*_
\*Frequent overnight and extended travel (up to five days) required.
Infrequent International travel may be required.
You will usually be home on weekends\* Installs, repairs, services and maintains Ozone generating and processing equipment in field installations.
Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent, background preferred.
Must be familiar with principles and operation of: pumps, air compressors, basic plumbing, digital multi-meters, motors, motor controls, single phase and three phase electrical systems, PLC and HMI controls, high and low voltage controls, relays, automatic valves, digital and analog sensors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
Ethernet and PC networking knowledge a plus.
Company provides Service Vehicle, parts inventories, laptop computer, phone, and credit card.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
· Converses with customer or supervisor to plan layout of equipment.
· Reads and studies blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.
· Installs or oversees installation of equipment according to specifications.
· Operates system to demonstrate equipment and to analyze malfunctions.
· Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
· Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools.
· Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
· Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
· Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
· Repairs or replaces defective parts, using hand tools and power tools.
· Installs special functional and structural parts in devices, using hand tools.
· Starts devices to test their performance.
· Lubricates and cleans parts.
· May initiate purchase order for parts and machines.

*Education/Experience:* Associate's degree (A.

) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

*Language Ability:* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
*Math Ability:* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
*Reasoning Ability:* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
*Computer Skills:* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Experience with ERP desired.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no personnel supervisory responsibilities.
